Crash Course Video #2: When is Thanksgiving? Colonizing America
Crash Course Video #2: When is Thanksgiving? Colonizing America
Background: This video describes why and how the first
ENGLISH settlers came to America. It first discusses the economic motivations for those settlers who arrived in

New World, their early successful relations with the Native Americans, their hopes for a new society and how they
adapted to their conditions.
